How to get there cheap?

How can I get from POP in WDW resorts to Universal the cheapest ??? Is a rental the only option ??

I don't recommend doing it, but hitch hiking is by far the cheapest mode. That being said, I believe that there is a shuttle that runs from the Dolphin/Swan hotel going to Universal. You may want to call the hotel and confirm.

Otherwise, you hire Florida Tours Limo Service to take you there and back. If you can't find them, then Mears is on all the phones in Disney.

Mears will take you. The last time I used them it is was 8.00 r/t but I believe its gone up since then, 3 yrs ago.
