How to get the best rates

We're pretty good at getting the best deals for reservations at WDW, but have never stayed at a Universal resort before. Are there any good tips for getting the best rates? If you must know, we will be going at the end of October.

There are annual pass holder discounts, entertainment rate discounts, and fan club discounts. they also have aaa and other of that sort, but those three are the best!

Go on the website www.loewshotels.com and check out the rates using APH, FAN, AAA. If you want the entertainment rate you need to call.

Does the Power Pass qualify as an annual pass for hotel reservations?

Yes, does the Power Pass qualify for discounts on stays? Just checked, could get the same nights we currently have reserved under Fan CLub for $20 a night less with APH.

I'm not the expert but doing a lot of homework lately on how to get the best rate.

No, 2 park power pass does not give any discounts at hotels or food or tickets. Has to be the higher priced Premium Annual Pass. Check www.universalorlando.com and go to ticket store.
