Hi, could anyone tell me: How does one get on a list or mailings for the 40% codes? Or any discounts for that matter.

No rhyme or reason and disney has been mute on revealing exactly who gets the pincodes.But to up your chances, try registering at Disneyworld.com, and order the vacation video.It may or may not work( it hasn't ever for me).
