How to get seagull hat?

Is the hat available on the quest at WDW? Also, is the Tomorrowland quest the only one that you can print out before going? Thanks for your help.

I know you can get Seagull hat code in the Pirate Quest at DL.
I don't know if you can get it anywhere else tho. Sorry.

Thank you Cseca. I wonder if I can talk my husband into going all the way to California for the code for a virtual hat...

Right now it is only available by taking the tour at DL, but cast members are saying that the Pirates Quest will be coming to the WDW tour in the very near future. I'm sure that word will be out on the DIS on the day that they switch over!

just back from WDW and asked about the pirate quest coming to WDW..tour guide Jeff said , when haunted mansion goes down for refurb ( one week only) the pirate quest will be available at WDW, after that not sure when it will come to WDW permanently

Thanks for the additional information. We are going to WDW in December. I hope that they will have the pirate quest then.
