how to get photos to link without MB

My magic band is pretty old (battery must be dead). It still works at all the touchpoints as it should, but it doesn't work for loading pictures at rides that don't have a scanner (for example it did not work at 7DMT). I also already enabled location services on the disney app on my phone (did I do this correctly?), I thought this would have helped the 7DMT find my account, but they did not. I stopped by the front of the park and they were able to find my pictures from 7DMT, but for the future, is there any way to enable something else on my phone to get the pictures to link to my account automatically?

You have to enable Bluetooth and MDE needs access to Bluetooth in your device’s settings.
