How to get last minute MVMCP tickets ?

Hi Gang,
I have a friend who's going to WDW on very short notice. Does anyone know of an alternative way to get tickets to MVMCP if Disney says they are sold out? They need them for 12/19. ( I know...good luck, right?)

Hi,
I just asked around WDW about the same thing-- we are unexpectedly at the parks and I am trying to get three tickets to the party on 12/19 -- the CMs said there was no way to return tickets-- so they could not sell any more of them. The CMs basically said there was no chance to get them unnless we miraculously ran into someone trying to get rid of them-- I am keeping my fingers crossed but not expecting anything.
