how to get from grand floridian to pop

we are going to 1900 park fare for an 800pm reservation. the magic kingdom closes at 800pm how long do the buses run from the magic kingdom once it closes. we have to get back to the pop. does anyone know how much of the fireworks you can see from the grand floridian and do they have window seats from the 1900 park fare that we could watch it from. thanks for the help

The buses run for about 2 hours after a park closes, so you should be okay. If worse comes to worse you could take the monorail to the TTC and then the Epcot monorail to Epcot and get the POP bus from Epcot. Epcot is usually open until 9:00.
I've only been in 1900 Park Fare once and we sat against the wall near the hallway that leads to the GF Cafe and the doors outside. I do not recall windows looking out towards the lagoon, but again we were at the far end of the restaurant at the time so maybe I just missed them.

If you get stuck you can take the DTD bus from GF and switch to the pop bus at DTD
