How to get from BC to GF

I was wondering if someone could tell me the best way to get from BC to GF. We will be flying in on a Saturday and having dinner at 1900 Park Faire and then plan to go to MK for a little while. We will have park hoppers so is it better to walk through Epcot and hop on the monorail, or should we take the bus to MK and make our way to GF from there? I'm assuming that when we want to go back to BC we'll have to take a bus as Epcot will probably be closed and we won't be able to cut back through the park to walk back to BC. Am I correct? Yes, you are correct for the return trip - from MK just take the bus to BC.

Generally, Epcot will not let anyone in after 9 PM

Another option is taking a bus to MK and then a boat to GF. The monorail from MK to GF makes three stops (CR, TTC, and Poly) before getting to GF. I prefer the boat.

Going back, the monorail is very fast because MK is the next stop after GF.

If you're returning back to BC after the MK buses have stopped running, you'll need to transfer at Downtown Disney.
