Unfortunately I think the answer is no. I have read about people successgully turning up, grabbing the vouchers & going, but as the reps didn't turn up last time we took a package with them, that was no good to us! I have to add we wouldn't have bothered except that the meeting was scheduled for 8am so we figured we could still get to a park for 9am as we weren't staying on site.

Im travelling with Virgin too, but havent heard of these free vouchers...is there anything else like this that I should know about ?

I think they are part of an offer if you book park tickets with Virgin. Personally speaking I'm not booking my park tickets with them because of the price but I can understand that some people do.

It has nothing to do with buying park tickets from Virgin.

Basically, anybody flying to Orlando with Virgin this year get free Hard Rock vouchers, valued at upto $20 per person.

It's just a nice little touch I think, the sort of thing that makes Virgin that little bit better than anyone else in Orlando. :cheer2:

I used these vouchers on our trip last year. There is no catch other than you have to get them from the welcome meeting and the menu choice is limited but still good. My advice would be turn up late to the welcome meeting and say you have been to Florida loads of times, you have all your park tickets and aren't interested in purchasing any excursions.

Also, when you do go for the meal be sure to tell your waiter/ress that you have the Virgin voucher but that you still intend to tip as if you had paid full price for the meal. I have heard one or two people have received surly service because the waiting staff don't expect to recieve a tip because the meal is free. A $10 tip isn't a lot to pay for a meal at Hard Rock cafe after all.
