How to get a PIN?

I know it's random, but how do we get a chance to get a PIN?! I am registered on the actual WDW website and I get emails from them. Is this the only way that I could randomly get a PIN?

This is the million dollar question. They say it is all random, but I don't completely understand it. I am guessing the computer randomly sends out the email to a select number of emails. I have tried all of the tricks mentioned and never received a pin. I keeping trying but apparently my ticket never gets punched.

Select a resort for a future stay and save it as a saved vacation without going through the entire booking process. That can improve your chances

We have never got a PIN either. I would love to increase our chances.
