How to get a Coral Reef diver sign

I talked to a man also and was getting a little worried. He not only booked the diver but also took the order for a "Nemo" birthday cake. He did take our cc# for a guarantee but I'm also a little worried. I think I'll call back on Monday and double check everything. Since our trip isn't until July I'm not panicking.

How far out can you "set up" the diver thing?

i did speak to Debbi at the coral reef and unfortunately the diver was booked for our birthday dinner there, but she gladly offered to make a special birthday menu for my DH. It should be fun! I hope the food is great too!

1) They usually follow through with the promised diver signs.
2) But, please be aware
. . . there are scheduled times they dive, and being late/early for ADR might miss
. . . absenteeism could mean the divers are not there that day
. . . illnesses that prevent diving could occur (eg. inner-ear ache, headache)
. . . the diver is flying on airplane within 24-hrs prevents a dive
. . . too many dives require forced rest periods
3) Although you should be fine, don't get upset if it doesn't come off.
4) Don't spread it around your table in advance, just in case.
