How to get 4th FP for a different park?

Currently at Epcot, 3rd FP expires around noon. I'd like to make a 4th FP at MK later tonight. What are my options to do so? I thought I had read months ago that you had to be in the other park to make the 4th, but I don't know if that's accurate.

I can try to make them here at an Epcot FP station (long lines), on my phone via My Disney experience (Web, not the app), orat BC desk.

Still accurate. The only other option I know of is via an onsite resort concierge.

they only option you have is to go to a FP+ kiosk in MK.

Update. ..

I checked at the resort concierge desk and the CM said the only way to make the 4th (outside of going to MK) was with her.

Got a10.00 FP for Space tonight at 1.00 today at the desk.
