How to fix iPod touch cracked screen

Oh my gosh. I was carrying my iPod touch in my stereo, and I hit it, and it fell onto hardwood, and now the screen is cracked. Have any of you had this happen? What do I do?

Take it to an apple store.
If its under warranty they'll be able to fix it for free.

My cousin had that happen to his iPhone. Glass shatters on impact. You're probably going to have to get a new one. If you've purchased warranty, now's the time to use it! xD

Not to the downer here but warranty may be useless
I broke my laptop screen and my camera screen (I'm unfortuately extremely good at breaking things...)
We purchase waranty on it and one was a mistake... and one was even a defect which is obvious as its broken for a skrew and down...
I was told it was my fault and warranty didnt cover it...
You may be forced to buy a new one like I was...

I don't know what ipod warranties are like.

But yeah, laptops and things of the like are not covered if dropped. If you ever drop a laptop, don't tell them you dropped it..
Come up with something interesting..

Sadly, I have to agree with the others. I think you might have to purchase a new one. I really don't think warranties cover accidents like the one you are explaining. Sorry
