How to dress for High Tea?

What should I wear. Is this resort casual, or a little dressier. Could I wear the same thing I wear to brunch, sleeveless shirt type dress and sandals?

Definitely the same as brunch, resort casual. You don't need to dress up any more than that for tea.

Outer wear:

Khaki slacks, a polo shirt and boat shoes.

Under wear:

Only The Shadow Knows..........
