How to download the email show

I'm not subscribed on iTunes and would like to download it... is there a link to it anywhere?? It's not on the main page right now.

Well, I am one of the few who can't seem to find a link to be able to download it to my mp3 player. I could listen now via the flash player, but the soundcard on my PC is dead (starting to sound like one of those Apple vs. PC commercials) and the main page still has the link to the Feb 4 e-mail show.

If I download the show from the iStore, will it be in mp4 format and not readable on a cheaper mp3 player? I've tried downloading music from them in the past and that would not play.
