How to "do" the MK

In what order do you like to go through MK? Which land do you visit first and what do you finish with? Looking for some suggestions to make it as magical as possible.

When I reach the castle, I turn left and work my way around the park that way. For some reason, there's always more people who turn right. I did the left thing last time and I didn't reach the crowds until I got to the middle of the park.

We get there for EMH, and let the 5yr old have her way with Fantasyland and then work left. Second EMH day, we start at the right (Buzz & SM)

We found that the sooner you get to Frontierland, the better. This area seemed to really fill up by noon. If you plan to do Splash Mountain and Big Thunder, do them early or be prepared for huge crowds from around 11 till after the 3:00 parade. Of course, this may not be true in the off season. I only have June to go by.

Straight to Fantasyland. That is where my children like to start off. As the day progresses, we go to the other side of the park.

We've always started off at MK on an EE day, so we would go to Tomorrowland, then Fantasyland, then just work our way around. But this trip, our first day won't be a MK EE day, so we'll be trying something different - we're going to start at Frontierland and work our way that direction. We'll be doing a MK EE day later in the trip, and on that day we'll go back to our old plan of starting at Tomorrowland.

We always meander down Main St and then over to Adventure Land to Pirates......always. Although we do stop at the board and check times, no matter what we go to Pirates first.

When we were there Adventureland didn't open till 11:00!
