How to do last minute trip after banking points?

Hi.. I have December as Use Year, then my deadline for banking is July 31st.. so, if I do that, the points are in theory usable only in trips after Dec 1 2020.. right?

if so, how could I schedule a last minute trip in Oct or Nov 2020?.. can I borrow them back?
If not, Can I still borrow from the 2021 UY?

I don’t have a December UY, but this is what I think.
You would be borrowing from the 2020 UY.The ones you banked are from the 2019 UY into 2020.

Correct. You'd have to borrow your Dec 2020 points for a trip before Dec 1, 2020. You cannot unbank the points you banked.

Once points are banked they can not be unbanked. Yes you can borrow points from 2021 but they will not be the points that you banked. The banked point must stay in the UY that you banked them into and they expire at the end of that UY. So points from 2020 banked into 2021 have to remain in the 2021 UY and they expire at the end of the 2021 UY.
