How To Do a Multi-Reply in One Post

I've seen where the person who starts the thread gets responses and then does multi-replies in one post.

I have tried using the button on the bottom right that says multi-quote but it doesn't work...

What am I not doing...

Click on that Multi Quote button and it will change colors and have a - sign on it. Click as many of those in a thread you need for quotes you want to respond to. If you change your mind, go back and click on it again and it will go black again and have a + sign on it. The when you are ready to post click on the Reply button. You will have the quotes in your reply box.

I just cut and past, then take out what I dont want to quote....
