How to determine your "healthy" weight for your height?

I know there must be a chart out there somewhere that is more specific than the 20 lb RANGE that my doctor had for someone my height. Is there one online somewhere that helps you determine what your "healthy" weight is for your height and bone structure?

Here are the Weight Watchers recommendations. They adjust for age, allowing changes in BMI with age. Smaller bone structures should aim toward the lower end of the ranges, thicker bone structures toward the higher.

Thanks for the charts. I haven't determined my final goal weight yet, but these charts confirmed what I thought would be about right.
 
These charts help. I know what I was happy at before my pregnancy and these confirm that is a healthy weight for me.

Now, to just get back to it! :)
