Hello all!

I see all of these Mickey Head Shapes in different colors, patterns, etc.

I have Photoshop Elements 7 and am fairly savvy with getting around it. I was wondering if anyone could give me the quick steps on how to make them myself.

Thanks in advance for any and all help!

best way is to have a mickey head image and mask the background inside.

I'm not very good with masks (in fact, I don't know how to use them at all!), so I would just start with a transparent backgound layer and bring up the pattern you want to use and then bring up a mickey head, each on a different layer. On your layers pallete (at the bottom right hand corner), make sure the mickey head layer is selected. Then, with your cursor over the thumbnail pic of mickey's head, press ctrl and left click with your mouse at the same time. The mickey head should now have the marching ants around it. Then, go to "select" at the top of the page and choose inverse. Next, click on your pattern layer (to select this layer). Finally, hit the back space. Delete the old mickey head by sending that layer to the trash can on the layers pallete. You should now have a patterned mickey head! I hope this works for you-- maybe I should learn how to use masks! --Katie
