I once googled "Disney Ballons" and made a bunch of Disney Balloons Bouquet--print-cut-laminate and attach to the door using magnets and multi coloured curling ribbon..

you can also buy magnetic printing paper.it is a bit expensive though.
The cruise Forum has a thread just for Cruise related Door Decorating.
