Forgive me if this seems daft.... i do not generally cook meat as we don't usually eat it. I usually if I do buy things preseasoned.
The last 3 thanksgivings. Schwans had a pre seasoned boneless turkey breast my kids Loved!! of course it's discontinued. If memory serves it looked like it was basted with parsley and paprika>>
I need suggesstions. its a very small 2.5 pound boneless breast. And i have zero idea how to cook it?

And please don't laugh does the string netting come off before or after cooking?

I am thinking .. a little garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, maybe sage( too strong???) Rub with either oil or butter and cook 375 for one hour in a reyonds bag???????

That could work , but what i do is put it in the crock pot for 4 - 6 hours they come out very juicy. Thats the only way i do mine.

We always do just a breast.

Foil pan, turkey breast, salt, pepper, chicken broth, bake, basting often.

Always juicy and delicious!
