How to contact Universal regarding merch. problem?

We just got home today (sadness galore...hubby and son are watching the Shrek 4D video they found on Netflix or something, and want me to come hit the couch and blow on their necks to simulate the movement of the ride and the spooky ghost air feelings when Farquad shows up, LOL). While unpacking, and pulled out a small pin set I bought in a "last day, rush rush, must get back to the hotel to pack" hurry. (oh, I had looked at the little pin set thoroughly the day before, elsewhere, so I didn't have to look at it while purchasing, or I didn't think so)

It's a set of 5 small pins; it's supposed to be one Hogwarts crest, then the crests of each of the 4 houses.

But when I pulled it out of the bag today, once allllll the way home in Washington State, it's got 2 Hogwarts crests and NO Gryffindor crest at all! (and one Ravenclaw, one Hufflepuff, one Slytherin crest)

Side note...shame on the person who must have taken a Gryffindor pin from the set...

There's no phone number on the receipt. Is there any way to contact them to see if they can help me work this out?

(want to go back, want to go back...spent 10th-16th at Portofino and STILL was NOT enough time to really thoroughly enjoy ourselves!)

I'm sure they'll just tell me "you should have looked at what you were buying", but I was just so tired and loopy. And the TMs were being incredibly silly around us. They had linked a bunch of Pigmy Puff keychains together and had hooked them on their belt loops, and they were having wars with them. (I think they'd gone loopy as well) I was considering buying a PPuff keychain (never even noticed them until the TMs were being so silly) as well, and just thought I had what I wanted, never even thinking that someone might have gotten sneaky. :(

Anyway, they might just say it's my fault, but I won't know unless I ask. I just wish I'd bought it when I first saw it and was looking at the set!
 
if you do not recieve the answer you want from them, take the thing you bought and the receipt to guest services in the park.

they probably will work with you on this issue.

i know you don't have a trip planned soon but still go that route if all else fails.
 

It would be a very expensive return, if I planned a trip solely to exchange this. :)

Then again, I was talking about another trip on the APs even while we were there.... (we really love the place)
