how to contact shutters

Does anyone have a phone number contact for shutters. I ordered extra prints the last night of our cruise. When I went to pick them up the next morning they were wrong. So they said they would mail them to me which they did very promptly but there still wrong. No numbers on anything.

You can get information about the Shutters Concession "Image" at www.image.com Click on "Guest Services", then "Post Cruise" and look there. There are phone #'s at the bottom. You can also print the copyright release to reprint the cruise pics that you bought since it is less expensive to make your own copies. The place I took them to kept the release I carried in with me (& were so happy I had it). There is also a link to email them. The phone # off the bottom is 305 476-3666 x 112

I tried taking that release to the local Genovese and our local CVS and neither would honor it...they both said it had to be notorized or they couldn't do it!

I had no trouble at Walgreen's...the girl was thankful I had actually brought the release form with me. She said most people come in without it.

The were having a buy one get one free photo copy special...so I got 2 8x 10's and 8 5 x 7's for something like $21. What a deal!

I too used Walgreens and used the Kodak picture maker. Put 3-4 of the 6x8's on a sheet and made copies. They were having a 2 for 1 special. As I said above, the clerk was very happy I had the release with me and din't give me any trouble. I suppose if there is trouble, you could email Image and get them to write back that a notorized copy is not necessary. Or print off thepages from their web site explaning their policy. Then I would get mad at the merchant for not honoring it and write to their corporate office (or at least complain to the manager!)
