We lost the name of the person we talked to last October andwant to call her. We need current info because with the Magical Beginnings offer we may be able to buy now. Do they keep your name on file and who you spoke to? If not does anyone have someone they would reccomend? I thought her name was Marisol or Maribel. If anyone can help I would appreciate it

If the woman that you talked to was Mayra Ramirez, her number is 800-827-4628. You would know if it was her because she has a heavy Latin accent. She is our guide and we really like her. If you are not sure if Mayra is your guide then call 800-800-9100 and they will look it up for you.

They keep you name on file. They were able to put me in contact with the person I talked to 3 or 4 years ago.

I called the number and found out that Natasha was our guide. the only thing is that Natasha has left DVC. Noelle I took your sugestion and had them asign me to Byron. he is sending the info and then we will talk.

I used Byron too. He really made me feel comfortable. DVC sales have a gold mine with this guy, he is that good. Be sure to ask for a free video tape which explains the DVC program!
