Hi All!
Some of you may recall that, for Christmas, my darling 21 year old DD ordered a Disney back pack for us from Main Street Mega Store.
When we received the print out of the back pack and she told us where she ordered it from, I cringed inside. After a couple of weeks had passed, I told her about what I had read time again on the DIS about MSMS. I advised her that if ithe backpak had not been shipped, to contact them and cancel the order.
Last week she looked on their website and saw that it had not yet been shipped. It has also not been charged to her CC (a debit card as well
). There was no phone number on the site, but simply a form to e-mail them. So she e-mailed them asking them to cancel the order and requesting the favor of a reply.
As of today, she has not heard from them, and the website shows the order as not being shipped yet.
Any advise as to what she should do now?
