How to contact Disney Hotel ?

Hi

Does anybody know if it is possible to email directly to DLRP hotel, in this case to Hotel New York ?

We are going in Oct 15, two families with different reservations and I just would like to ask if they could try to give as rooms close to each other. Or should I just leave to reception, ie ask them to do that when we check-in ?

As far as I know the hotels don't have email addresses, but you can ring or send a fax with your request. The phone number for the Hotel New York is (0)160 45 73 00 adn the fax number is (0)160 45 73 33
