How To Contact D23 Concerning Expo Tickets

So long story short I bought my expo ticket on the 1st. And I didn't think much of it at the time because I didn't realize they shipped the freaking badges.

Fast forward to today I am texting a friend and fellow D23 attendee and was asking about how badge pick up worked. Being familiar with other big cons such as Comic Con I was wondering if they had something similar to a Day 0 where you picked up badges before the con started. That's when she tells me I should have gotten my badge in the mail.

Cue freak out from me. See I live in Colorado. But I left yesterday for California because before the convention I have some medical stuff to take care of. And of course my ticket hadn't arrived yet. So anyone know who to contact? Because I am five minutes from having a mental breakdown about this because I really wanted to do the animation panel on Friday. And now I don't even have my badge.

I've read on another forum that someone contacted Guest Services and will-call will be open on Thursday, between 8:30am and 7pm, at the Convention Center.

I hope it's true!

Last Expo, the will call window and box office were open the day before Expo started. The OP shouldn't have any trouble picking up her ticket. Just make sure to have the credit card used to buy the tickets, in case it is needed for verification.

Everything should be fine. The D23 crew are at the Convention Center as of today preparing for the Expo. They will be there Thursday to take care of your needs. These guys/gals go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. No worries, you're in good hands.

I emailed the D23 team and was told that we can pick up our credentials on Thursday. I then called the Anaheim Convention Center and they confirmed that Will Call will be open from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Hope that helps!
