How to confirm reservation?

Hi. I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this or not, but I'm trying to confirm a res. for points that I am renting from a DVC member. I have tried calling a couple of different phone #'s but have not had any luck. I'm renting at the BCV. Does anyone know the number to call to confirm a reservation?

disney sends the person your renting from a comfirmation letter ,then that person sends it to you. there is a phone # on that letter, you call and tell them you would like to just confirm this reserv. that you are getting through the dvc member. you only can do this if its a dvc resort, if its a non dvc resort, you can not check on it until a few days before arrival because it is not in the non dvc resort system yet, as which you just call the resort direct a few days before you leave. dvc resorts are hilton, vero, old key west, boardwalk villas,wildereness villas,beach club villas. any other resort is a non dvc resort.
