How to Complain About Rude Cast Member?

Oh, and to Debbie B,

Yes, please, everyone do read my thread about FL tours. Just what did I do wrong there? They changed our departure time for their convenience and we could have ended up missing our plane. BTW, there are many complaints about FL tours, mine isn't the only one.I counted 5 seperate threads about bad service from FL. My thread is entitled "FL tours is great if you want to miss your plane!". Geez, you'd think people would at least like to hear the good and bad about a company (which charges big bucks for a service) before they make a decision to use them. Yes, please, do read my thread about FL tours, its right there with several other complaints about them.

I did read your original post. That is the basis for my response. Your impulsive reply seems to assume that my assertion was somehow influenced by the supposition of others. Did you consider the possibility that there just may be some validity to a perspective that differs from your own?

To Ubshang,

Well, maybe you need to read my post again. The cm said to me that I shouldn't expect cms to know everything. You said that I berated him for not knowing everything. Seems you've read it backwards.

Oh, and if you're going to criticize me for "snatching the keys" from the cm and walking away at check in, well, why don't you acknowledge all of that story, not just the part that suits you? At check in, despite the fact that there wasn't a line and no one waiting ahead or behind us, it took the cm exactly 50 minutes to check us in. During that time she never once looked up from her screen, or said anything about the excessive wait. She could have at least said something to the effect that the computer system is unusually slow, etc., but she just acted like that was routine and we were supposed to put up with whatever. I was tired standing, had two kids who were getting cranky and a dh who was antsy. I really had the impression she was trying to "string out" our check in procedure because, like I said, there wasn't anyone behind us and she wanted to look busy. She then proceeded to try to make an all-day affair of explaining how the keys work. I "snatched the keys" from her after she had explained it about three times without any indication that she would ever complete our check in. I really can't believe that check ins take that long routinely--what if there had been a long line ? Some people would have spent their entire vacation trying to check in. At least we had express check out. We made sure NOT to charge anything to the room because we didn't want the possibility of a screw up and having to deal with the front desk on the way out. Good thing we did, too--I read about another guest who charged one dinner to her room and it was posted 5 times to her account. It took a long time to straighten out, when she didn't have time to spare. Really, you can't judge a situation unless you were there.
