How to clean stainless steel pots/pans

DH and I got a set of Calphalon Pots/Pans for our wedding and we now need to know how to clean them???? Anyone have any suggestions....I will take homemade and store bought suggestions!!! TIA

I generally clean our (over 30 year old Faberware) SS pots with Brillo or SOS pads. If the stains are stubborn, I usually use Bar Keepers Friend or a special purpose SS cleaner.

Charade and I must have the same set - 30+ years of use. Mine still shine like new. I have always used Cameo Alum. and SS cleaner. Not much scrubbing and they look great!

Always hand wash, never put the pots and pans in the dish wahser. If you have a stubborn stain use bar keepers friend powder.(There is a liquid too but to me it doesn't seem to do as well). Hand dry with a good towel (tea towel), to avoid spots.
