How to celebrate anniversary with wife and three year old?

We are taking a family vacation for 11 days at the world (we do at least 6 trips a year to the world), during this time my wife and I are celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. Does anybody have some not to costly ideas of somthing special I can do for my princess, my delima is including our 3 YO, we won't have access to a sitter and will not leave her with strangers, except for 1 hour during the Wonderland Tea party at the GF ( my daughter loves the tea party). Don't get me wrong, I want to include my daughter in whatever we do, I'm just not sure what to do to make it special for my other princess. Any Ideas ?

I've heard that the horse drawn carriage rides are really fun and romantic. I have no idea how much they cost though. It's an idea at least.

We went to Chef Mickey's for dinner on my 50th birthday. I just loved it there. I wore my birthday button, and the Characters really made a fuss over me! I'm sure they would make both your princesses laugh and feel very special. I swear I could eat there every night of our trip! They brought a cake and candles. They probably do the same for anniversary.

I surprised my DH with a rehitching ceremony at the Garden Grill for our anniversary. This is a character family style meal, and the restaurant revolves. My kids were included, and enjoyed everything about it! A very memorable meal, all in all!

it comes with a captain and for additional costs you can have a cake and drinks provided
you get it through disneys recreation dept
