How to cash web certificate for disney $?

I read a post a long time ago about being able to take your webcertificate account number and using it at the Disney Store to get Disney Dollars.

Someone printed the page with her balance and took to disney store and got disney dollars without having to go through catalog, or order the plastic card.

Has anyone done this and can give me the exacts?

It depends on the Disney store manager you are ask *** . But just as you said, print out your Webcertificate account # and your balance and see if they will input the Webcertificate # manually.

I started printing out the account page and taking it to TDS since 5-03 and gettting $DD ( I just can't see spending $6.95 for a plastic card even though its a one time charge!! Im cheap I guess))

Anyways IVe only had a few problems nothing that couldn't be worked through or even just going to another TDS or getting another CM.

Ive done this 7 times already since the firt one in 03.

I just made our ressied for oct so I might just call CBR and have them put it as a deposit on our room
less to pay in oct then

I just got back from the mall about 1 hour ago.

I printed out my webcertificate account page with total and account number. Manager called mastercard to verify that the balance was still correct. She then did my purchase just like you would with a mastercard. She just typed in the account number. On yeah she did ask for a photo id.

If worked. I know have $50 disney dollars for an upcoming may trip.

Im glad it worked for you and you didn't have any trouble.

I know for some it didn't work and I feel bad about it but it just depends on the CM.

I tried to do this on two separate trips at two different DSs and neither would accept it! (Woodbridge Mall and Bridgewater Commons Mall, both in NJ). Instead, I wound up using the web certificate to order a Disney Store gift card over the phone. Oh, and I also made sure that I used a catalog # that offered FREE shipping. Then, I took the g/c directly to the store and bought the D$s.
