How to cancel Cinderellas royal table

Hi
I made reservations for my sister and her family and now can't cancel them online. I put the reservation in her name but used my account and credit card info. There are 9 of us on the trip but the reservation was for 4 of the 9. I can get a screen to remove guests but that won't do anything. Any ideas?

It should be but if it doesn't work, you have to call.

If your sister is the lead guest she should be able to cancel from her MDE.

Did you go to the website or the app? They are pushing everyone to use the app. If that does not work then you probably have to call.

She doesn't have an account. I did everything on my account. She is on my friends list.

Do you have a confirmation email with a "cancel reservation" link?

I think you should call. I cancelled 2 or 3 reservations online well in advance of our vacation in August. I never got an email confirmation of cancellation. I didn't get an email confirming the reservation when I first made it either. The day before, I got a reminder email of my cancelled reservations. So two or three times, while actually on vacation, I was on the phone cancelling the reservation (that I had already cancelled online).

In this case, you'd see the transaction on your credit card because you prepaid. But it'll be much more clear that it is actually done if you call.
