How to buy theme park merch that isn't on disneystore.com

We were at the park a month ago and they had these plush anna and elsa dolls where it was anna and then if you flipped it over the dress folded down and it was elsa. Our girls liked them so we decided we would wait until a promo came up on the disneystore.com and then buy them for Christmas. I see there is a 25% off promo code and so went searching and noticed that I can't find them on there anywhere. Is there a way to buy these, and still use the promo code, even if they aren't listed on the website?

You can order WDW merchandise not sold online at the Disney Store, but cannot use a promo code to do so. They're completely separate entities.
