How to book DME for two different flights in same room?

Hi! We had some friends decide they wanted to join us on a quick Disney trip next month. I added them to our room reservation but they are flying in on a different flight than us and will be arriving a few hours earlier. Any help on how to line up DME for two different flights on one room reservation? I hope that makes sense.

Also, bonus points if anyone knows if they will be able to check-in without me being there since I made the reservations? If they have the MDE app, and I do online check-in, will the room number show up on their app as well?

I think the easiest way to do this would be to call DME directly at 866-599-0951. It's not Disney, it's Mears DME, so no long waits on hold and no clueless CMs.

And as long as your friends are listed on the resort reservation, they can check in without you. I don't know whether the room number will show up on MDE for them or not, though - hopefully someone with that experience will be along soon to tell you!
