I'm hoping to get a 2 bedroom at Bonnet Creek for 3 nights....March 26-29 Ken Price doesn't have any available for that time. I've never rented there before so I don't know how else to go about finding a way to rent. Suggestions?

Did you already try checking with Wyndam directly? I had booked with Wyndam directly then cancelled and used Ken. Also, call the reservation line because it may say nothing available on line but they told me otherwise.
We are going for the first time in May and I am a bit nervous about staying off property.
Good Luck!!

It's $369 a night booking directly through Wyndham for a 2 bedroom...no way am I paying that! :scared1:

You can try VRBO. I saw some Bonnet Creek units available there when I was waiting to hear back from Ken. We will be there the 26th-1st and we were able to book with Ken. I wonder if he only does full weeks during spring break? I hope you're able to find something! We're very excited about staying there!

He does single night reservations so that's not the problem. And he has a 1 bedroom available. But we're hoping to get a 2 bedroom. We're really excited to try this place out! Hoping to stay here for 3 nights before moving onsite for the rest of the trip. We've stayed at Windsor Hills before and it was nice but just doesn't have that resort feel to it. The pool is nothing special and my kids really like to have a fun pool!

We're hoping that Bonnet Creek is our answer for being able to save some money but still have that resort feel. Paying for 2 rooms onsite is killing us!

We are hoping it is our answer too! We are a family of 5 and we love staying on site, but don't like spending the $$$ on Deluxe resorts. We were previously booked at POR, but when I showed dh the pictures he was not impressed. So, Bonnet Creek here we come! My girls love to swim, so all the pools are a huge plus for our family. And my dh and I love sitting on the balcony after the girls go to bed. This was one of our favorite memories from our last visit at CR. That was another thing dh didn't like about POR-no balcony. I hope you're able to find the dates you need!

there is one on redweek.com for your dates, $90 a night. I'd go and grab it! :)

You will need to find someone with a reservation already in hand. The inventory available to timeshare owners is already completely booked for those dates.

We booked with Dr. Leonard Shockey for our current trip. He was great to work with and gave us a great rate. We paid 350.00 for Feb 10 - Feb 14 for a 2 bedroom deluxe. We are here now and it is great. You can contact him at docl@cableone.net if you are interested.

I find that my best deals on timeshare rentals are renting a full week from an owner. Redweek.com and TUG2.net are sites I usually use, but here the vast majority of rentals are full weeks. Sometimes Redweek has a few shorter days as PP mentioned. If you can't get Bonnet Creek at a reasonable price for your dates, FYI Cypress Pointe has some pretty reasonable retail deals right now on a per night basis. You might want to look at them. That resort is quite close to Downtown Disney.

If you could move your Bonnet Creek stay to the end of your trip there is a lot more availability.

As of right now you could get 3 nights in a 2BR Presidential reserve for about $400.

I was able to get 2 nights through Ken Price. All of the redweek ones I could find for our dates wanted to rent a full week and I only wanted 3 nights. We're actually not going into the parks at all while staying at Bonnet Creek so I think 2 days will give us time to enjoy the resort and see if it's an option for future trips for us. Thank you all for your help :goodvibes

Depending on how many are in your party, you could talk to Ken and try and get the 1bdrm unit so that you have a confirmed reservation at the resort. I would then see if he could try and get you an upgrade closer to the dates.

the 1 Bdrm includes a fold-out couch if you needed a little more room than a standard "1 bedroom hotel room".

With Spring Break and the closeness of the dates, it's not surprising that the resort is pretty much booked for owner's. (Wyndham holds back a little bit of inventory for them to sell/rent directly.). Once you get closer to the 15 day mark there is a chance some inventory could open up. Some owners will make a reservation hoping to rent it out (ebay/ etc), but if they can't rent it they have until 15 days prior to the reservation to cancel it and not forfeit their points. Because of that, you may see some 2bdrm cancellations which would open up the availability for Ken to upgrade you.
