How to become an Alamo Quicksilver Memeber

I signed up at Alamo but did not get an Id #.
I did not fill in all the info like driver's lic. and etc yet . Could this be why I am not getting the # or do I need to do something else in order to get it?
It has my last name already in the box that asks for that
So my question?
How do I get the Quicksilver ID?
