how to apply Sw credit dropped a 2nd time

I did a change to the flight again and got another credit.. So when I went to use the conf code on a new flight ( both credits were on the same conf #). It only applied 1 of the credits.

There are 4 ppl on the reservation and i received 2 credit under the same reservation code. But it only took 4 and i guess it is set up that the credits list as 8. so does that mean i am out of luck on the 2nd set of credits???

that is the one "quirk" with getting new credits on an existing credit.....they are all "separate"

we often end up having to book individual one ways to make use of all the credits accumulated this way since you can only use 3 credits and another form of payment on each reservation
