How to apply Passholder discount to party/event tickets.

How do I apply my passholder discount when purchasing party tickets or after hours event tickets? when I purchased my Christmas party ticket through MDE app, my discount was never applied.. I am going to go to the after hours events in January so I wasn’t sure if I need to call to get the tickets over the phone to get the discount or if there was somewhere in the my Disney experience app I could apply the discount. :

Oh maybe I did and didn’t realize it. I’m going to try and use the site and not the app when I go to get the after hours tickets.

Not all dates have a discount available. Event dates of Nov 20 & 22 or any date in December (except for 12/1) don't have a discount available.

The discount is automatic in the MDE mobile app if the night has a discount available. I selected 11/27 and under "Guest Info", the ticket is shown as "Annual Passholder MVMCP - November 27, 2022".

I'm having the opposite problem. We let our pass expire in February, but when I booked two different tours online for this coming December, the discount was applied. I've experiment with other tours and they all come up discounted even if I log in and out of my MDE account and double checked that there are now passes in the account.
