How to add home resort logo to signature?

I see you all have the cool little banners under your signatures....and I cannot for the life of me firgure how to add mine to my signature, and can't find the post for how to do it (as I'm sure there are several.)

Also, what classifies someone as a "Founding Member" at AKV?
