I have a cruise booked and paid for this Friday, the 8th. For two weeks now I have been trying to talk to someone on the phone or live chat regarding my son's dietary restrictions. I can't get ahold of anyone! The phone waits are 500+ minutes according to the system; I waited 2 hours today and gave up. Live chat is always 'busy.' I've been on the site trying for chat the instant it opens, same for phone - nothing. I'm also trying to buy spa credit for my husband as a gift but only get an error window.
This is going to be a big issue if we have to sail on Friday without getting to talk to someone on the DCL side first.
