How sturdy are Magic Bands?

I have like 8 magic bands and I've never had them fall off. Which is a good thing, cause I'm super clumsy and always get them caught on doorways and such. Thankfully, if your magic band is ever lost, you can get a replacement. You can't charge without entering a custom pin that you create at check in, as well.

They've made some really nice improvements to the magic bands, making them a lot thinner than before. That'll make it a lot more comfortable in the parks. I almost forget they're on me, now

I never wear my MagicBand, I just keep it in my across the shoulder bag and pull it out when needed. I'm not a "wrist wearing" person. My husband, though, wears his all the time and he's never had a problem with it at all. We had the earlier ones and now the newer ones this year. So, if you are seriously concerned about the Bands popping off, just tuck it into a bag or pocket and you'll be fine.

Our group of 12 that just went, one person had their's fall off, never recovered. Several of us had ours fall off of us suddenly without notice but we realized it immediately and grabbed it. The one who lost theirs just received a gray temporary one to use in its place from the front desk. They said they would leave a message in room if they ever found it.

I was worried about the bands falling off after I read numerous reports. So I went ahead and bought 5 bitbelts. They had a promotion going to so they were pretty cheap. They also threw in 6 free ones!!!

a magic band will not survive being backed over by a Honda Civic. I know from experience.
