Hello all, hope everyone has returned home from their extended cruise and that life in FLA is getting back to normal.

Trying to get our Jan 05 cruise in order. We are booked, paid for and ready to go - hurry up January.

I know I have until the end of Nov to book my excursions btu I want to be ready the day it comes.

DH and I are travelling with our 4 girls 13, 11, 9, 6. I am just wondering if I should leave our time on and off board fairly open or should we have a schedule set?

I would like to tour Nassau and Atlantis - possibly a day room to get the full action. And we would like to parasail on CC.

For a 4 day I think this would be plenty to have planned and the rest just wing it.

Also, does anyone know when the early departure from Nassau ends? For the winter it is 5:00 pm and the rest 11:00. That would also make a difference in our planning.

Thanks for your help.

Book your parasail on CC as soon as possible - it books out.

I think you are right about the other days (although not sure what the "day room" idea is. The ship is right there, you can come and go as you please. That might be a good option, too, especially with your younger kids. We did the tour and then hubby & kids got back on ship to swim while I went shopping.

A day room at Atlantis or Comfort Inn allows you to have full access to the property. Water slides, pools ect. The Disney excursion you only get to tour the place.

And with the Mary-Kate and Ashley movie showing Atlantis so much the girls are looking forward to it!

I believe that the day rooms only get you 4 "admissions" not the 6 you will need.

For the price of the Disney excursion - $300 for us. We could almost get 2 rooms for the 6 of us.

Will look into further though as the date draws nearer.
