... about bringing your own food into the park? I read their official website which says drinks are ok. Legoland and Seaworld have "strict" rules about no coolers/food, but we have passes to both and bring a medium cooler everytime! Never been stopped.

Haven't been to Knott's in a while and want to avoid the food and save $$.

I was just there. I brought in a small cooler with uncrustables, Knotts leftover chicken and cans of soda. The guy made me take out the soda, take it to the general office and AP processing center and leave it there. They took my name and said I could come back later. :confused3 I don't know what would have stopped me from just looking like I walked in the door but once I got there briskly walk away with said soda. Least I did not have to take it back to the car or rent a locker. It seems like small snacks are ok but not a bag lunch. Whatever

good to know. thanks. is the parking far away from the main gate? Would it be a problem if we left our lunches in the car??

I would bring it in and if he said anything do what we did. Leave the cooler in the office and go back later and get it for lunch. The office is just inside the gate. I wouln't bother going back to the car. The office didnt' seem to care that I took the soda back out into the park. Honestly I think the whole song and dance is silly. If it were that big a deal to have lunches, why would they let you leave it in the office then let you go get it later?? :confused3 Seems the "rent a cops" care more than the office people

when we went the parking lot didn't seem far at all. I think you'd be able to leave your lunches in the car.

Just so everyone knows, they didn't even see our cooler. We walked right past the security guard. So, yeah....
