How soon to get PS for MVMCP?

here's the deal...
We have decided to do MVMCP the first night (Nov30), which is the sunday night of Thanksgiving weekend. I wonder if this night will be particularly crowded. It is my DS's birthday and we were thinking of doing CP before the party. My mom and her DH are joining us. I would like to invite the rest of the the family (which may include an aunt in a wheelchair). How long should I give them to let me know for the PS?? I can tell them today. All live close enough to come for just ovenight, but would have to get that monday off of work.

when should they book a room (for the one night)? Buy tickets to MVMCP? Just want to give them some sort of deadline...

I would choose a restaurant as quickly as possible, then as soon as the PS window opens, book it. The restaurants in the MK & at the MK resorts fill up very fast and get quite crowded on party nights.

Are you sure that you will be able to do both CP and MVMCP in the same night? Just getting from Epcot over to MK is going to take quite a bit of time... especially on a busy weekend...

Oops - you meant Crystal Palace with CP. I thought you meant Candlelight Processional! That is different!! You can book LTT now if that interests you - don't know what they have available at this point. Definitely book CP as soon as you can - I am not sure what the window is for booking it. Still laughing over CP and my goof.

The PS's are definitely available now for MVMCP. We reserved LTT for 12/9 about a month ago. I would definitely call and get a ressie as soon as possible.

LTT was the only one booking this early and they are pretty much booked solid. I tried Wed. to add my niece to my PS and she told me "sorry, they are booked solid"!

So now I'm waiting for CP booking at 60 days out and if I get it, I will be canceling LTT.

Okay, so CP isn't available yet for PS , but LTT is??

I think I will ask everyone this weekend adn see what kidsn of feedback I get. do they require a non-reundable deposit for the PS( like for CRT?) I think you can cancel within 72 hours?? That would work. I could get a PS for those who want to go and then cancel if they can't get off work.

No deposit required, just a PS. Yes, LTT is available now for PS but has been since the MVMCP tickets went on sale so they may be fully booked by now. CRT is the only restaurant that makes you put a deposit down when you book.

Thanks all!!! I think I am just going to go with our original plan of EE at MK, LUNCH at CP, break at WL and then come back for the party. That way I don't have to plan dinner for everyone! It will be my DS' 6th b-day. I think he will have a blast!

is WDW DINE open today? I was going to call them today to book LTT for Dec 9 as well.

This is for MNSSHP and MVMCP nights ONLY that you can book LTT this early!

All other dates are the regular time to get PS, 60 days out.
