how soon to expect confirmation email?

I was told by a CM yesterday that they don't send out email confirmation's on packages. They only send them for room only.

As far as the Disney website, I had the same problem with it recognizing my reservation number and phone number. It never pulled it up, but when I scrolled down a little I could see "iteneraries" and clicked on that. The reservation was there. Now, when I go to the website, I just log in and click on my vacation, then iteneraries and it's all there.

My TA booked three trips for me. As of today, she has rec'd only one confirmation..
and there is no mention of any code on it:confused3 I guess I am use to only AP & FL rate codes. They are always listed & they always state must have AP/FL ID at time of check in.. this doesn't. I have never had any other type of code before so I went by the only codes I have had.. AP & FL Resident.. guess they handle these differently..
I still do not have the confirmations on the other 2 yet. It could be something with the terrible weather they had last night/today...
That is terrible what happened in that part of Fl.. my heart goes out to the poor people that have lost loved ones & homes... :grouphug:
 
I still haven't received a confirmation email but did notice the one night deposit I paid for my room-only resv. was actually charged to my credit card so I guess I'm okay. Just wish I could figure out if the lack of emails is Comcast related in some way.
 
I could pull up my Room Only ressie on the Disney site right away, but I hadn't no email confirmation. I happened to check my bulk/spam email folder and Yahoo had put the confirmation there. It was sent the day I made my ressies. Haven't received my paper confirmation yet, but it should be here any day now.
 

I just got off the phone with my TA. She actually had me on while she was speaking with Disney about my confirmations. They should be arriving shortly to her. She double checked about me needing a pin. This CM said that I will not need a pin or card for that rate, just my confirmation. He said that there are a variety of codes out there & as it turns out, mine is not the pin one :confused3 The CM that she spoke with the other day told her I would need it. The one confirmation I have, doesn't say anything about a code or a pin. The CM today also said that he can see from my travel history, that I seem to travel these time frames every year.. who knows, maybe that is why I will not need a pin.. they can see from my history that I do indeed travel that same time frame & on either a FL or AP rate.. which during those time frames ...is usually 40% off. My TA also told me that she spoke to 2 other CM's today that confirmed I do not need it.. all I need is my confirmation.... as it stands.. only one out of 5 that she has spoken with, said I would need a pin.. and my confirmation doesn't state the need for it either. I would like to say, I must have gotten a different code than the one everyone is talking about for the pin.. so I should be safe...
Hopefully, my other 2 confirmations will be arriving soon... :cloud9: :woohoo:
 
I went to check my e-mail this morning and low and behold I finally got my confirmation from Disney. It has my work address on there instead of my home address, but at this point I'm just glad I got one.
 
I got my confirmation in the mail yesterday...just in case anybody was waiting breathlessly to find out!!!;)
 
I never got mine- I called twice was told both times it is on it's way= and NEVER got it. I can pull it up online so I am not worried but still a piece of paper would be nice......:rolleyes1

The reason I was so worried is because I couldn't pull it up online at all so I was starting to wonder.
 
I too am still waiting for written confirmation. I booked initially a week ago Saturday at the CR. I got that one last week. I also got the one about the deposit at the CR the same day. We switched to the GF a week ago Monday. I received the deposit notice for that (2 days ago?), but not the full print out. I am hoping it comes today.

However, I can see it on line, reflecting the 0 balance.

My parents had the same problem, they called CRO and asked why they couldn't pull it up and they had the Confirmation # attached to my Cell #. That is the phone I used to make the ressie. Even after that they still couldn't pull it up with that number. I did find an Itineray for them that they didn't set up and the date was wrong. They received a e-mail confirmation and it was correct. I think I'll call CRO to confirm again.
