How soon should we expect Fedex?

Just put deposit down on Monday(pm) @ Disneyland, guide said to expect a fedex from Orlando but I dont remember her saying how soon.

Also just curious how long the entire process takes from Tour(which was Monday) to closing.

I have had the contracts sent to me three times because they could not get my name right. Each time it only took two days from when they were requested. Congrats!

As for "tour to closing" time, we signed our paperwork July 30, and they said to expect closing to occur around September 18 or so. Just the time it takes to get the title work done, etc. BUT, we got our temporary membership cards that day (signed at WDW) so we were able to make reservations immediately Got 2 trips on the books already...Oct and Dec Congrats on your new "home"!

You'll probably get your fedex info in about 4 days from the date you put the money down. For me it was EXACTLY 4 days. I gave them my credit card info on Monday and FedEx came today.

Your closing will probably take 6-8 weeks, but you'll be in the system and get your points in your account soon (might already have them). You can then go ahead and make reservations, etc at the DVC resorts (you can't book outside of DVC until the deed is recorded).
