UPDATE: today I am going to try adding blonde highlights!!!

I had a girlfriend once who did that. She colored her hair in the morning before work, didn't like it, and went home at lunch to change the color back.

But then her head exploded at 3:37 p.m.

So, I don't recommend it.

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: My head exploded a long time ago!

I know I saw in a store, something that you can put on your hair to remove color. It's made for hair color mistakes. I'm not sure how well it works though.

I think you're supposed to wait 24-48 hours. I would wait a few days though to see if you get used to it.

auntie use a clarifying shampoo for a couple of days. It will help take off some of the color.

If it were me, I would wait at least 3 days..if not a week:) Wear a hat:rolleyes1

I re-dyed the same day. My hair and I are still here.

It came out bright orange, no way was I setting foot outside the house like that.
Luckily I had another color already to go.

would that hat make you a chicken butt head? hmmmm :confused3

I have a friend that re-dyed her hair the next morning, it turned out orange and was totally fried,

I've been fine for years. I always use Nice 'n Easy- natural medium blonde. I decided to use L'Oreal last month. It was so-so, I went from medium natural blonde to light reddish blonde.

Yesterday I tried Garnier, medium natural blonde. Holy crap, it looks like ash brown with green highlights!:scared1:

*looking in the mirror* Yeah, DH agreed I should go to a salon for the next time I want to dye my hair. He thinks he didn't do a good job. :rotfl2:

I'm just glad I work from home. Those silver hairs didn't flinch at all and still shining away amongst all the now mulberry and brownish hair.

OK, you are mixing too many mediums and reds and blondes and stuff. At this point I'd BEG you to PLEASE go to a salon. You need to find one and get your color corrected and get your hair shaped up (read: CUT PROFESSIONALLY).

I know you're not going to listen to me, because I know you, but this is something I know a bit about. ;)

I'm scared! Bomb is getting tough with me!
