How should I go about giving me kids money to spend??

We've been saving our change ever since we knew we were going to Disney. We've called it our Disney fund. The plan has always been we would use it for souvenirs. I'd like to make it a little more special for the kids. I've thought about getting either Disney dollars or Disney gift cards. Each child would have there very own to spend. Can you spend Disney dollars and Disney gift cards at just about any store on Disney property? How about Downtown Disney? One thing my girls will be getting is a Pandora Charm. Can you use them there and other stores at Disney Springs? Any thoughts on which one might be better?

We did gift cards. The kids enjoyed being in control of their own finances and paying themselves etc. The gift cards were accepted everywhere we wanted (I am sure there are some random exceptions but we didn't encounter any).

Take a photo of the back of the card if you decide they can hold on to it, if lost of stolen you can report it easier. The shop on main street that has Pandora and Disney spring are operated by Disney so they will accept the gift cards. Most resort even have the Pandora beads now too. They can use gift cards to get snacks in the parks, toys and more. Have Fun!

So wish I would have known this sooner!!! We leave in 10 days. Don't want to take a chance of not getting them before we leave.
